PolyPlex is not a game, but an app that I created as a part of one of my school's projects. The project was all about creating an App for a product owner. We would design our own basic app overview, and our partner would need to build that app. We would then build our partner's app. This meant that I played the role of both product owner, and also client. Polyplex and Facebrunch were the results of this. Polyplex is my partner's design, that I built. Facebrunch is my design that a partner built.
The PolyPlex app required a wide range of skills. It is meant to be a companion app to the fictitious PolyPrint companies website, which sells and creates 3D miniatures. Building this app required a slew of iteration and testing. A large portion of this project was communicating with the product owner about progress, digesting feedback from testers, and iterating based on feedback. This project taught me a lot when it comes to working on another person's product and delivering to their expectations, acting as a product owner and providing my client with the information necessary to make a strong product, and iterating based on feedback. The user experience was a key factor as well.
